1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RedForge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

RedForge provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • 3D rendering and visualization

  • Animation and motion graphics

  • Video editing and production

  • Branding and graphic design

  • Digital content creation

  • Related consulting services

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Project pricing may be revised where:

  • Project requirements change

  • Additional work is requested

  • Delays are caused by the client

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Supply required content and materials

  • Review deliverables within agreed timeframes

  • Make payments according to agreed terms

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • RedForge retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, templates, source files, and working materials until full payment has been received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client.

  • RedForge may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

RedForge reserves the right to suspend work for overdue accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

RedForge shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss caused by third-party providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant project.

8. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in writing.

Clients remain responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
